Padmaja Yatham, MD specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic pain using a combination of medications and fluoroscopy guided interventional pain procedures. She has experience in interventional procedures from simple to complex and believes in balancing both interventional and conservative treatment methods in order to provide the most appropriate care.
If surgery is necessary, she works closely with the area’s best surgeons, and will be able to coordinate both pre and post-operative pain management. Most importantly, Padmaja Yatham, MD is concerned with improving function and the quality of her patients’ lives by being readily available and communicating, caringly and effectively with her patients and associated physicians / surgeons / attorneys / case mangers.
Padmaja Yatham, MD completed her internship in General Surgery at Columbia University, New York, NY, and residency in Anesthesiology at the New England Medical Center - Tufts University, Boston, MA, with clinical rotations in Pain Management at Beth Israel Deaconess - Harvard University. She then completed her Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY. After completing her fellowship, she practiced Pain Management, Regional Anesthesia, and General Anesthesia at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Then, she practiced Pain Management for a successful Private Group Pain Practice located in Daytona Beach, Orange City, Deland, and Palm Coast, FL. Padmaja Yatham, MD is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and American Academy of Pain Management.

Jasmin Castillo, PA-C

Ms. Castillo completed her undergraduate studies in psychology and neurobiology and graduated from Long Island University with her PAC degree. She completed her Aesthetic Training in Lasers, Botox and Fillers December, 2009. Her skilled hands and compassionate nature ensures the best possible outcomes for her patients
