What is Personal Injury Protection (PIP)?
According to Florida state law, if you own a motor vehicle with four or more wheels you must carry $10,000 of personal injury protection (PIP) and a minimum of $10,000 of property damage liability insurance. You may have a deductable of up to $2,000 for PIP coverage and $500 for property damage liability.
PIP insurance covers you up to its limits regardless of whether the accident was your fault or not. (No-fault) PIP is designed to help pay victim’s medial bills etc… incurred from their Auto Accidents.

- Please print the New Patient Intake Forms and give them to your Client
- Please fax patient information, any medical records, claim information, and LOP at 407-599-7246
We will contact your client today and schedule and appointment with our Doctors within 1 to 2 days.

- We conduct NCV testing here when needed, and conduct interventional procedures using our in-house fluoroscopy which keeps patient costs down.
- Our Doctor’s do not have a problem giving a deposition, or if needed, testifying on behalf of our patients/your clients
- Our Doctors are able to provide second opinions
- Our Doctors are comfortable working closely with Chiropractors/Physical Rehab facilities to ensure our patients get the best treatment for them.
- We do not believe in charging for records, nor is there a charge for a visit with our doctors
